Camilla Fellowes is a London based qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, also specialising in pre & postnatal health and exercise.

Based predominantly in South West London, Camilla delivers private one to one training, group sessions and online classes for all levels. Her aim is to inspire and support her clients in achieving their health goals; creating personal training programmes which focus on functional movement and are geared towards maximising potential. 

Camilla primarily bases her training sessions in Fulham, Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Belgravia, Clapham and Battersea.

Pre/Postnatal Health & Exercise

Soon after becoming qualified as a Personal Trainer, Camilla decided to specialise in pre & postnatal health and fitness. The concept of nurturing the body through pregnancy was a central part of her studies.

Her intention is to help empower you through the stages of your pregnancy, using exercise alterations tailored specifically designed to your unique pregnancy. Following birth, she will safely and very gradually build back strength and ease you back into shape.

Her focus is to support and inspire pre/postnatal women to practice nurturance, specifically through movement and nutrition.
