“Every week I look forward to my classes with Camilla. Gym/mat exercise has not ever been part of my daily routine. I find it quite intimidating and would always rather walk or play tennis but it is quickly becoming an hour I look forward to every week, twice a week! I am still walking as much as I can but signed up for prenatal PT with Camilla early in my first trimester as I was conscious I’d quickly be a pregnant blob. I had also read that exercise was very beneficial for you and baby throughout pregnancy. I am now four months pregnant and go into each class feeling very happy, looking forward to a good sweat and confident that my body is safe in her hands.
