Prenatal Personal Training

I will help you stay active, train safely and guide you through all three trimesters of your pregnancy. Exercise has huge benefits for you and your baby during pregnancy; to include improved sleep, increased energy, aid in post-delivery recovery, gain muscle tone and improve posture and strength whilst you adapt to a changing centre of gravity during this time.

A bespoke programme will be created for you based on your previous exercise and medical history, as well as taking into consideration your energy levels and trimester.

My intention is to help empower you through the stages of your pregnancy, using exercise alterations tailored specifically to you, giving you the best head-start possible on becoming a strong, healthy and active mum.

 

Postnatal Personal Training

Prioritising training and wellbeing will help to support you physically and mentally during your postnatal recovery. The programme will be tailored to you, taking into consideration how you gave birth and your previous exercise history. The sessions are designed to help you make a fast recovery. They can also help you avoid and heal issues which can occur postnatally such as pelvic discomfort and diastasis recti (abdominal separation). We will use resistance training to help rebuild and strengthen postnatally, improve cardio fitness and strengthen the upper back to support feeding. We will safely and very gradually build back strength to the pelvic floor, deep abdominals and generally ease you back into shape after giving birth.
