Exercise has huge benefits for you and your baby during pregnancy; to include improved sleep, increased energy, aid in post-delivery recovery, gain muscle tone and improve posture and strength whilst you adapt to a changing centre of gravity during this time.
A bespoke programme will be created for you based on your previous exercise and medical history, as well as taking into consideration your energy levels and trimester.
