These private personal training sessions are designed to be just that – personal. We will have an initial consultation together, to understand your health and fitness objectives; creating a tailor-made programme, based upon current fitness levels, potential injuries and any goals you may have. 

Each personal training session will last 50 minutes and can be taken privately, in a pair or as a larger group. These sessions can be taken in a location that is convenient to you whether that be in your home, office or in a local park.

Corporate

I am a huge advocate of reclaiming some time-out for your workforce. Encourage your employees to lead a healthier lifestyle and try to discourage a long day of being desk-bound which can lead to both low productivity and contribute to postural issues.

My intention is to keep your employees fit and healthy, both in body and mind, in turn having a direct result on the health, wellbeing and fitness of your company. These will be 45-minute sessions with a full warm up, workout and cool down all tailored to your goals and abilities, with technique tips and corrections throughout. The online sessions will work like any other. We will have an initial consultation to work through your goals and objectives, creating a bespoke programme based upon current fitness levels, potential injuries and any goals you may have. 

Bridal Package

Planning a wedding often takes over every aspect of your daily life. I am here to plan and deliver Personal Training to your doorstep. I will design a programme specific to you and most importantly this will be directed by your wedding time frame.

Starting as soon as you can will give you the best chance of reaching your desired goals. My bridal package is completely bespoke and tailored to the individual, so please do get in touch for further information.
