Camilla is a London based qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, specialising in pre & postnatal fitness.
Sport had always been an integral part of her life from childhood but on moving to London she became wound up in the all too familiar eat, sleep, work, repeat cycle. In the desire to live a more healthy, balanced and active life, Camilla began to appreciate the huge benefits of training on both her physical and mental health.
That is the reason why she qualified to become a Personal Trainer; to help others make the shift to a more balanced lifestyle, to instil the feeling of capability, powerfulness and confidence in others.
Camilla delivers one to one, group and corporate sessions. Her infectious, positive and motivating personality, shared with a passion for a healthy lifestyle, work to drive her clients towards achieving their goals.
